About Cricket Batting

Cricket Batting puts you at the crease for a run chase. Each chase asks for a target score from two overs, and you have three wickets for the whole innings. The bowler mixes full, good length and short balls on leg, middle and off, and the small pitch map shows the line as the ball comes down.

Swing at the right moment and pick the shot that suits the ball: leg side for leg stump and short balls, straight for full balls, off side for anything wide of off. Clean timing on the right shot goes for six, slightly early or late makes four or two, and a wrong guess can get you caught. Leave a straight ball and you will be bowled.

How to play

  • Tap the left, middle or right third of the screen to play a leg, straight or off shot.
  • Left, Up or Right arrow plays the same shots. Space also plays straight.
  • Watch the pitch map for the line and swing just as the ball reaches the bat.
