About Archery
Archery is a side-on target shoot over three rounds. You aim the bow, hold to draw the string and let go to fire. Each round gives you ten arrows at one distance, starting at 20 metres and moving back to 40 and then 60. The rings score from 1 on the outer white up to 10 for the gold centre.
Arrows drop as they fly, so the further target needs a higher aim. The wind changes before every shot and gets stronger in later rounds, pushing the arrow longer or shorter. Hold the full draw too long and your arm starts to shake. The target face in the corner shows where every arrow landed.
How to play
- Move the mouse or drag to aim, then hold the button or finger to draw.
- Up and down arrows aim, hold Space to draw and release Space to shoot.
- Check the wind box before each arrow and aim a touch higher into a headwind.
